Cinque Terre trekking experience unlocked! 🥾🌊

A big thank you to Steven and his wife, who were the first travellers to choose our brand-new itinerary in the Cinque Terre! 🙏

This experience offers a completely different way to discover this iconic coastline: hiking from one village to another, following ancient trails through vineyards, olive groves and Mediterranean landscapes, with the sea constantly opening up below us.

From Monterosso to Vernazza and then on to Corniglia, we leave the crowds behind and experience the Cinque Terre at walking pace — with spectacular views, local flavours and plenty of time to stop, breathe and enjoy the scenery.

And of course, no Ligurian hike would be complete without some focaccia in Vernazza and a delicious local treat at the end. 🍋🥾

It was great to see our new itinerary come to life with the very first guests. One more trail added to the AndomYA adventure map! 💚

🌱🇮🇹 Who says you can’t experience Emilia-Romagna as a vegan?

At AndomYA, we love a good challenge. So when Jeff and his friends asked us for a vegan-friendly food experience, we were happy to create a tailor-made foodie itinerary that stayed true to the flavors and traditions of Reggio Emilia.

A special thank you to herbe.ristorante for collaborating with us and creating an incredible plant-based menu that beautifully combines innovation and tradition. 🌿

From plant-based cappelletti inspired by one of Emilia’s most iconic pasta dishes to a delicious vegan take on sbrisolona, the menu showed that traditional recipes can evolve without losing their connection to the territory.

After lunch, we explored the historic center of Reggio Emilia, discovering some of the city’s independent artisan shops, including maddalena olivi , who has been creating beautifully illustrated, female-themed graphics for cards, bags, and other handmade items for over 20 years.

Because discovering Emilia-Romagna isn’t just about what you eat—it’s about the people, creativity, traditions, and stories behind every experience. ❤️

🍝✨ A pinch of tradition, a glass of Lambrusco, and plenty of smiles.

It was a true pleasure welcoming Tova and her lovely family from Stockholm for a hands-on cooking experience inspired by their passion for Italian cuisine and classic films such as La Dolce Vita by Fellini.

Together, we prepared one of Reggio Emilia’s most treasured recipes: tortelli verdi reggiani. From kneading the dough to rolling it by hand and filling each tortello with the traditional mixture of greens, Parmigiano Reggiano, and ricotta, every step became an opportunity to share stories, family traditions, and plenty of laughter.

For a few hours, my kitchen—once my grandmother’s—became their Italian home, where recipes were passed down, glasses of Lambrusco were raised, and unforgettable memories were made around the table.

Because the true dolce vita isn’t found in a movie—it’s experienced through simple moments, authentic food, and wonderful people.

Grazie, Tova and family, for bringing your enthusiasm and curiosity to Emilia. We hope to welcome you back for another culinary adventure soon! ❤️🇮🇹

🍝🏛️ Discovering Bologna through its history, porticoes, and unforgettable flavors.

It was a pleasure welcoming Kevin and his family for a foodie walking tour through the vibrant streets of Bologna, a city where every corner tells a story and every stop is an opportunity to taste something extraordinary.

Together, we wandered through medieval alleys and iconic squares, discovering the rich history of the city while indulging in some of its most beloved specialties—from fresh handmade pasta and local delicacies to artisan gelato and traditional treats that make Bologna one of Italy’s greatest culinary destinations.

Because the best way to experience a city isn’t just by seeing its landmarks—it’s by tasting its traditions, meeting local artisans, and sharing moments around the table.

🧑‍🍳🍝 Nonna for a Day

It was a pleasure welcoming Asta and Daniel for a hands-on journey into one of Reggio Emilia’s most beloved traditions: making tortelli verdi, a recipe passed down through generations and one that I learned from my own grandmother.

We started the day with a visit to a traditional Parmigiano Reggiano dairy farm before picking up the fresh ingredients needed for the dough and filling.

From there, we moved to my apartment—once owned by my grandmother herself—where we rolled up our sleeves and got to work. Together we prepared the filling, kneaded and stretched the pasta dough, and shaped our tortelli completely by hand.

More than a cooking class, it was a chance to slow down, share stories, and experience authentic Italian family traditions over a glass of Lambrusco.

✨ A fun and memorable experience to enjoy with friends, family, and fellow food lovers while discovering the true flavors of Emilia.

✨ Celebrating an anniversary, dolce vita style 🇮🇹

Maddie and Grayson chose to celebrate their special milestone in Italy with a full day discovering the incredible food culture of Emilia-Romagna.

The experience began with a guided visit to a traditional Parmigiano Reggiano dairy farm, followed by a stroll through the vineyards and a tasting at , one of the oldest and most renowned Lambrusco producers in the region.

We wrapped up the day with a farm-to-table lunch at Agriturismo, enjoying iconic gnocco fritto paired with local cured meats and countryside flavors.

Three generations, one unforgettable day ❤️

We had the pleasure of welcoming Kimberly and her family to Modena, for a special day together… including her granddaughter, whose curiosity and joy made the experience even more meaningful.

🧀 Our journey began at , where they discovered the art behind Parmigiano Reggiano — from the early morning production to the final tasting.

🍷 We then moved to to explore the world of Lambrusco — a w**e deeply rooted in the local culture and perfect for sharing moments like these.

Inside the w**ery, the visit to the museum was a real highlight: old-fashioned machinery telling the story of w**emaking through the decades, alongside an unexpected twist — vintage Formula 1 models 🏎️
A tribute to the brand’s history as a major sponsor of Ferrari in the ‘70s and ‘80s.

Moments like this — sharing traditions across generations — are what make these experiences truly special.
