🍋 Field to Table Cooking Class 🍋

In the hills of Campania, close friends tend a spectacular terraced organic farm. Lemons, vegetables, grapes, and fruits are grown with care, in rhythms long rooted in this land.

Your visit begins with a walk through the garden and vineyard—guided by father and son—as you gather ingredients for the meal.

Then to the kitchen. This is not a demonstration. You cook alongside them, using what the farm has just offered, following a menu chosen together.

Questions are welcome, and technique discussed and practiced.

Lunch is a feast served on the terrace.
