Summer may have ended a while ago, but mine only truly came to a close a few days ago. This season will stay with me forever—for all the emotions it gifted me, the smiles it brought, the joy I felt, and the adventures that will forever hold a place in my heart. There’s something about the mountains, their quiet strength and endless beauty, that creates a bond with nature—and sometimes with someone—that changes you deeply, leaving traces that time can never erase.

I FEEL lucky. I really am. I am lucky because I have discovered - over time, with effort - that in me there are all the tools necessary to be well. I am lucky because I can be well on my own and do not "need" others to be happy, although others often (with their presence, their love) multiply my happiness.
I am lucky because I have passion and curiosity coursing through my veins, because I am hungry for life and I am no longer afraid of fears, limitations, tears, pain as before.
I am lucky because I know how to laugh from the belly and cry from being sick ... and then start laughing again.
I am lucky because I am not afraid to "lose" because I have finally found ME. I am lucky because I feel the EMOTIONS and know the Wonder.
I am lucky because I LOVE... without fear, without limits, without filters.... With all my soul and every corner of my body. I am lucky because I know forgiveness, I do NOT know envy, and I am happy with other people's happiness.
I am lucky because I have been given several gifts (of life, of encounters, of talents) and I have celebrated them all with gratitude, commitment and responsibility.
I am lucky.
And also a little proud of myself.
I have, in me, the Infinite. ❤️

There is something so invigorating, soul-awakening, renewing, restoring, refreshing and healing about being in the mountains.
If there is one feeling I wish I could package up and share with the world, it would be the way nature makes me feel. I have never felt more alive, free and strong in myself than when standing on top of a mountain.

Are you planning a hiking trip to the Dolomites and don’t know where to start?

If you already have some hikes in the high alpine areas under your belt and you are up for a little bit of a challenge, maybe a short cable-protected scrambling sections for a fun day of adventuring in the mountains, then this is exactly what you’re looking for.

The Gran Cir is a majestic mountain located just above the Passo Gardena in the heart of the Dolomites. From the south side, onlookers can admire its steep Dolomite cliffs. And yet, you don’t have to be an expert climber to summit this mountain: a secured track leads all the way to the top at 2.592 m altitude.

The view is breathtaking from the top.

You’ll be able to gaze upon an endless array of mountains in all directions. Facing west, you’ll be able to spot Ortler, the highest mountain in South Tyrol. To the south, you’ll see the famous Sella, while facing east will give you a glimpse of other giants of the Dolomites like Tofana, Antelao, Civetta and many more!

I have hiked it personally, so don’t shy away from asking me any questions in the comment section below!

This picture is from a hike to the 3 Cime di Lavaredo almost a month ago. ⛰️⛰️⛰️

I felt the need to go back to that place to clear my head and look deep into myself. I felt broken, hurt and unappreciated. I felt worthless…✨

I always used to think it was my responsibility to fix others, to understand others, to love them unconditionally, even if it meant compromising my happiness and probably theirs.

The mountains thought me, to let people travel their own path.
They have mistakes they need to make. They have experiences to collect.
They have there problems to work through.
I am not ever going to stand in the way of that again.
If they come to me for help, I will help, but I will not force my help or my comprehension and love on anybody anymore. ✨

We’re all worthy of happiness, love, respect, and feeling valued. What we choose to accept in our lives is in our power to change.✨

There are times in life where you just need to find yourself again and rediscover your strengths that deep down you always knew you had. 🤩💪
It may seem difficult at first but when you feel those strengths coming back inside you, it's like an explosion that starts from within and fills you with incredible energy and a desire to live it.
It happens to me every time I go to the mountains . Every time I find myself observing the grandeur of the mountains I can feel forces within me grow that I feared had been lost. I rediscover that side of me that is full of life, and joy, which has buried inside me for too long, to chase people or situations and to adapt.
I believe that nature has immense power, don't you also believe?
So don't stand still when a situation knocks you down. Keep moving, open up.... An amazing life is waiting for you!

Dreams keep us going even when our hearts are broken. They give us something to hope for, something to look forward to. Dreams are what make life worth living, even when things are tough.

When our hearts are broken, it’s tempting to give up on our dreams. But that’s not necessarily the right thing to do. Just because our hearts are broken doesn’t mean that our dreams are no longer valid.
In fact, it might be more important than ever to hold onto our dreams and fight for them. Dreams give us a reason to keep going, even when life is tough.

I have a lot of dreams, but every now and then, when I forget, I need to retreat to the peace of nature to rediscover the ones that make me feel free and happy.

So don’t give up on your dreams, even if your heart is broken. They might just be the only thing keeping you going. 💔🫶

I am finally back to my life I love so much: my adventures!

The vast expanses of forests, the posh peaks of the Dolomites and the turquoise, unique and rare waters of Sorapis Lake...nothing is more relaxing, but also comforting than this view, that restores me the right energy to start again for a summer of my lifestyle that I missed so much this winter after my fall on skis!

I look forward to sharing my upcoming adventures with you, but in the meantime, stay tuned, a reel of this wonderful hike will follow shortly!

•~~•~~•~~•~~•~~•~~•~~•~~•~~•~~•~~•~~•~~•~~• A brief stop at the Rif. Vallandro and we set off on quite rough gravel in the direction of Monte Specie (2,307m). The gravel path offers some steep ramps, but is relatively easy to master. At this time of year, however, you can usually still find a bit of snow, so watch out!😅
After 2.8 km and 250 hm we finally reach the summit cross with a fantastic 360° view of the surrounding mountains, including the Three Peaks. 🏔️🏔️🏔️

A few photos and it's already time to start the descent! 📸🌟
Funny two kilometers of easy trail and we reach the next destination, Rif. Prato Piazza where you shouldn’t miss a refreshing beer and a homemade Applestrudel! 😋🍻
Finally we approach now the last part descending in the direction of Braies Valley over the toboggan run operated in winter, an easy and wide trail.
From there now via the bike path back to San Candido!

This tour is recommended almost to everyone by the relatively low degree of difficulty and the scenic beauty of the Dolomites!
