The wedding day is not the time to improvise logistics.

Here are 5 things that should already be handled long before the bride walks in.

1 — Airport arrivals. International guests arrive at different times, on different flights. Someone needs to coordinate every pickup. That someone shouldn't be you.

2 — The gap between ceremony and reception. That 30-minute window is where everything can fall apart. Every guest needs to know exactly where to go and how to get there.

3 — Late-night returns. Midnight. Guests are happy, tired, and nowhere near their hotel. The plan for getting them back needs to exist before the first dance.

4 — Last-minute changes. A delayed flight. A schedule that shifted by 40 minutes. You need a transfer partner who responds and solves — not one you have to chase.
