Per motivi attuali, qui la nostra politica di cancellazione.
Speriamo di poter accogliere presto i nostri ospiti a casa nostra.

Non vi è alcun diritto di recesso ai sensi del Codice del Consumo* (Comunicazione secondo parte l III, Titel III, paragrafo I, del Codice del consumo, GvD 206/2005)– nonostante ciò, vi offriamo le seguenti condizioni di storno:

fino a 90 giorni prima dell’arrivo: nessuna penale di disdetta (se è stata versata una caparra, la somma verrà abbonata per la prossima prenotazione o può essere risarcita).

da 89 giorni prima dell’arrivo verrà addebitato il prezzo appartamento per 4 giorni.

da 60 giorni prima dell’arrivo non è più possibile cancellare la prenotazione, e all’ospite verrà addebitato il 100% del prezzo della prenotazione.

We hope to be able to welcome our guests back to our house soon.

Referring to the Consumer Protection Code (Information referrring to part III, part III, paragraph I of the Consumer Protection Code, GvD 206/2005), the client has not the right of withdrawal. However, Apartment Sella offers its guests the possibility to cancelling, under the following conditions:

Over 90 days prior to the arrival: no cancellation charge.

From 89 days prior to the arrival: the apartment price will be charged for 4 days.

From 60 days prior to the arrival: the cancellation is not possible anymore and the guest has
to pay the full amount (100%) of his booking.

Wir hoffen sehr, unsere Gäste bald wieder in userem Haus begrüssen zu können.

Gemäß dem Konsumentenschutzkodex (Mitteilung gemäß Teil III, Titel III,
Abschnitt I, des Konsumentenschutzkodex, GvD 206/2005), steht dem Gast kein Rücktrittsrecht zu.

Apartment Sella gewährt den eigenen Gästen dennoch die Möglichkeit eines Reisestornos unter folgenden Bedingungen:

Bis 90 Tage vor Reiseantritt: keine Stornogebühr (wenn Angeld bezahlt wurde, wird der Betrag für die nächste Buchung reserviert, oder kann vom Gast zurückgefordert werden.

Ab 89 Tage vor Reiseantritt wird der Wohnungspreis für 4 Tage verrechnet.

Ab 60 Tage ist ein Rücktritt nicht mehr möglich, sodass 100% des Buchungswertes dem Gast verrechnet werden.
