We apologize for being unable to provide our customers with the service requested for the carnival packages, and are issuing full refunds as promised in our communications to our guests with additional funds to account for any fees regarding flight changes. Unfortunately, we no longer offer conventional concierge services in this way due to our dependencies on the ground and issues we've experienced with payment vendors who no longer support travel services.
