IRSS operates as a recruiting company actively involved in the recruiting, screening, and placement of qualified individuals interested in legally working temporarily in the United States of America and Canada. Our p

rincipal office is located in Kingston with a secondary office in Runaway Bay St. IRSS along with our various overseas partners offer several work and student programs. The main student programs are offered to University or Tertiary level students, under the J1 Work and Travel Program or the J1 Intern /Trainee Program. The other work program via category offered is H2B PROGRAM.
