In February, plum blossoms will begin to bloom in Japan.
Plum blossoms are not only various flower shapes, but also colors such as white, pink and red.
Since appearance looks like cherry blossoms, I often see some foreigners who are mistakenly recognized, but plum has a good aroma, which is characterized by blooming earlier than spring.

2月になると、日本では梅の花が咲き始めます。
梅の花はいろんな花の形があるだけではなく、白やピンク、赤など色もさまざまです。
見た目は桜に似ているので、よく間違って認識されている外国人の方をみかけますが、梅は香りがよく、春よりも早く咲くのが特徴です。
つぼみがかなり膨らんでいますので、もうそろそろ咲き始めるのではないでしょうか。
桜も美しいですが、梅も美しいですよ。

When you get on a train from Tokyo a bit, there is an old shrine called "Katori Shrine" which was thought to have already been built in the beginning of the 8th century.
It is a shrine with a historically significant meaning along with the development around the Tone River, a shrine that is famous as a power spot and attracts many worshipers despite being away from Tokyo.
Near the town there is a town that preserves old-fashioned buildings called "the townscape of Sawara", and shopping streets, restaurants, cultural assets, etc. line up on the small river called Onogawa.
There are plenty of shops that specialize in, including sesame oil specialty store "Abumo Seiyu" founded over 350 years, and "Uedaya Aramonoten" which sells cooking utensils and household goods made by craftsmen.
In addition to buckwheat shops and sweet dishes, there are also French restaurants and Italian restaurants that renovated old-fashioned Japanese houses.
Why do not you visit for a walk once?

東京からちょっと電車に乗ると、8世紀初頭にはすでに創建されていたとされる古い神社「香取神宮」があります。
利根川周辺の発展とともに歴史的に大きな意味を持つ神社で、東京から離れているにもかかわらず、パワースポットとして有名で参拝者が多い神社です。
その近くには、「佐原の町並み」と呼ばれる昔ながらの建築物を保存している町があり、小野川という小さな川の周辺に、商店街や飲食店、文化財などが立ち並びます。
創業350余年のごま油専門店 「油茂製油」や職人が作った料理道具や家庭雑貨を販売している「植田屋荒物店」など、こだわりのお店がいっぱいです。
また、蕎麦屋や甘味処だけではなく、昔ながらの日本の家屋をリフォームしたフレンチレストランやイタリアレストランもあります。

In Japan, when plums begin to bloom, early blooming Kawazu cherry blossoms and r**e blossoms are beginning to bloom.
As Hokkaido, Tohoku and Hokuriku still have snow, this season Japan is the season with the most gap.
Every year, only the flowering of Somei-Yoshino cherry tree is news, but various kinds of wonderful cherry blossoms bloom all over the country in Japan.
Cherry blossoms of 1000 years old are also inside!
Cherry blossoms are very difficult plants to bring flowers to bloom, so please keep good manners and have fun with everyone.

Finally the winter Asian Games will be held in Sapporo from February 19th to 26th this weekend.
Looking at the competition at the venue, it has a dynamic and speedy feeling, I feel deeply impressed with goose bumps!

The cherry trees in Tokyo has ended, but there is still a place which will become best time now in Japan.
