仕事内容
宿泊予約の受付、変更、キャンセル対応
電話・メール等によるゲストからの問い合わせ対応
予約情報の管理・確認
旅行会社・OTA等からの予約対応
他部署との連携・情報共有
その他、Reservations業務全般

必須条件
日本語・英語のバイリンガルであること
ホテル、宿泊施設、旅行、観光業界等での勤務経験がある方
日本語・英語での電話・メール・対面でのコミュニケーションが可能な方
基本的なPCスキル
チームで協力して業務に取り組める方

歓迎する経験・スキル
Reservations、Front Office、Guest Services等の経験
PMS・予約管理システムの使用経験
ニセコなどのリゾート地での勤務経験
海外ゲストへの対応経験
