We're hiring for the 2026/27 winter season ❄️

Ramat Niseko is a family-run ski lodge in Hirafu (Niseko's main ski village), and we're looking for a Lodge Operations all-rounder to join our team from mid December to mid March.

What you get:
🎿 2-3 hours on the slopes every day
🏠 Accommodation and meals included
💴 Competitive pay
🍻 A small, friendly team and a lodge bar to end your day in

What you'll need:
✅ Fluent Japanese and English
✅ Right to work in Japan
✅ Valid driver's licence and 21+ (you'll drive our guest shuttle)
