【ガイドさん向け研修】COBI、東京・龍雲寺でエグゼクティブ・ガイド向け登録後研修を開催
COBIは、エグゼクティブレベルのガイドサービスの質を高めることを目的とし、東京世田谷区の歴史ある龍雲寺でエグゼクティブガイド向けのオンボーディング研修を成功裏に開催しました。本研修は、プロフェッショナリズム、文化的深み、そして顧客に合わせた特別な体験の提供を重視した内容で、同分野での質の向上を目指しております。
COBIの代表である北川氏がオープニングスピーチを行い、同社の使命であるラグジュアリー層向けの質の高いサービス提供の必要性とエグゼクティブ・通訳ガイドの役割の再定義について語りました。
プログラムでは、
✅️エグゼクティブガイドとしてのベーシックスキル：COBIガイドとしての基礎知識、プロフェッショナルなプレゼンテーション、身だしなみ、立ち居振る舞いなど、ガイドとしての基本スキルを学ぶセッションが行われました。
✅️インタラクティブなワークショップ：実際のガイド業務でのケースを想定し、対応方法を議論・検討する実務的なワークショップを実施しました。
✅️龍雲寺での特別プログラム：細川住職による「禅とは何か」という講話と坐禅体験を通じて、深い知識と洞察を得る貴重な機会となりました。
龍雲寺の細川住職による特別講話はCOBI代表の北川が長年数々のお寺に関わってきたからこそ可能となったものであり、「禅」に対するガイドのより深い理解を促すべく、特別に計画をされたものです。

COBI Holds Post-Registration Training for Executive Guides at Tokyo's Ryounji Temple
COBI successfully hosted an onboarding training session for executive translator guides at the historic Ryounji Temple in Setagaya, Tokyo. The program aimed to elevate the quality of guide services at the executive level by emphasizing professionalism, cultural depth, and the creation of tailored, exceptional experiences for clients.
The training began with an opening speech by COBI's CEO, Mr. Kitagawa, who highlighted the importance of delivering premium services to luxury clientele and redefined the role of executive interpreter-guides in this context.

Participants learned fundamental skills required of COBI guides, including foundational knowledge, professional presentation, grooming standards, and refined etiquette.
✅️Interactive Workshops:
Practical, hands-on workshops were conducted, where participants discussed and evaluated solutions to real-life scenarios encountered in guide services.
✅️Special Program at Ryounji Temple:
A unique session was led by Ryounji's head priest, Reverend Hosokawa, featuring a lecture on "The Essence of Zen" and an experiential zazen meditation session. This provided participants with profound insights and a deeper understanding of Zen philosophy.
The special lecture by Reverend Hosokawa was made possible through COBI CEO Mr. Kitagawa’s long-standing relationships with various temples. This initiative was meticulously planned to enhance guides’ knowledge and appreciation of Zen, enriching the services they provide.
