📌 Save these for your next Iceland road trip

Iceland, the land of Fire and Ice, is full of incredible landscapes, flowing waterfalls and insane viewpoints! 🔥🧊

The best part? Not all of them require a long hike…. Making these an easy stop along your Iceland Ring Road itinerary. 🚗

📍Brúarfoss
* Famous for its striking turquoise-blue glacial water, some of the bluest in Iceland.
* Located along the Golden Circle with an easy hike from the designated parking area.
📍Seljalandsfoss
* One of Iceland’s most famous waterfalls where you can walk completely behind the falls.
* Approximately 200 feet (60 m) tall and especially beautiful at sunset.
📍Stokksnes
* Home to the iconic Vestrahorn Mountain, one of Iceland’s most photographed peaks.
* Located on the southeast coast; access requires a small entrance fee through Viking Café.
📍Kvernufoss
* A hidden waterfall just a short walk from Skógafoss.
* One of the few waterfalls in Iceland where you can safely walk behind the cascade.
📍Skógafoss
* One of Iceland’s largest waterfalls at 197 feet (60 m) tall and 82 feet (25 m) wide.
* Climb the staircase beside the falls for incredible views and access to the Fimmvörðuháls Trail.
📍Fjaðrárgljúfur Canyon
* A dramatic canyon stretching nearly 1.2 miles with cliffs over 300 feet high.
* A short hike leads to several incredible viewpoints overlooking the winding river below.
📍Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon
* Iceland’s largest and most famous glacier lagoon, filled with floating icebergs from Breiðamerkurjökull Glacier.
* Just across the road is Diamond Beach, where icebergs wash ashore on the black sand.
📍Fossálar Waterfall
* A beautiful roadside waterfall tucked away along Iceland’s South Coast.
* Often overlooked, making it a peaceful stop with very few crowds.
📍Vík
* Iceland’s southernmost village and a perfect base for exploring the South Coast.
* Home to the famous Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach and nearby sea stacks.
