1.Reason for Recommendation
There’re three table seats which are Japanese straw floor coverings.And, the counter seats is made of bamboo.You can eanjoy eating with family. It's an environment where even small children can relax and eat.In addition to having such a great atmosphere, the tsukemen is also very tasty. Unfortunately, it is far from the station, but if you are driving, it is the best place to go.

3.Taste
It is so distinctive and delicious that you can eat the noodles alone.That's thick, slippery, and shiny.The soup is very thick, with plenty of pork bones and seafood flavor.The green onions and yuzu (Japanese citras) give a nice accent to the soup.It's so delicious that after you finish the noodles, I recommend that you also drink up the broth addede another soup which is able to get it asking the clerk.

Shijo Station is in the center of Kyoto, and there are many sightseeing spots such as Kiyomizu-dera nearby. This ramen shop is the best around Shijo Station.Many of the best ramen shops in Kyoto are located away from the tourist areas.However, this shop is easy to go without a car.The perfect location and delicious ramen are the reasons why I recommend this shop.

3.how does it tastes
All the ramen in this shop is salt-based.The soup is made with a blend of three types of Japanese salt, giving it a light taste.The noodle is handmade by this shop having sticky texture.Scallop ramen and duck ramen are also on the menu, but I recommend the regular salt ramen.

1.Reason for Recommendation
This shop is a hidden gem without a sign.The interior of the building is very beautiful and has a solemn atmosphere.It’s amazing how stylish seasoning countainers are.It’s the great shop for a date.However, I don’t recommend this shop for family because there’re only 6 counter seats.The ramen and the atmosphere of shop make it a unique place.

The noodles are kneaded with yuzu(Japanese citras), giving them a refreshing taste.The soup is based on seafood.Although it looks very rich, it has a surprisingly light flavor.This soup and yuzu noodles go very well together.And a roasted pork is very tasty.
