Happy girl's day from Kyoto, Japan.

However,　I'm totally heartbroken over the current situation of Ukrainians.

Kyoto has a sister city relationship with ・・・

Hope every girl and every boy is  blessed  equally under peaceful surroundings.

What can I do for them?
What can I do for my colleague who is struggling against Russia forces there with her family?

I've already donated money.
I'm trying to know what it is going there.
And what else?

Dear Ukrainians,
It might be too early to say these kind of message・・・but,

When the time comes when you feel like making your kids relaxed or giving a change of pace for them through my cooking experience like making a character bento, it'll be my pleasure to hold it, of course, for free, again and again. for sure.
I really hope such kinda situation will come asap.

For fooies visiting Japan!

You must try crab dishes. Though basically only from November to March .

🦀Snow crab, Zuwai-gani
→Tottori, Hyogo, Kyoto, Fukui, Ishikawa and more

🦀King crab, Taraba-gani
🦀Hair crab, Kegani
→Hokkaido

↑↑↑Those are our best 3🦀

Visiting the famous area for its landing port for crabs, staying at a , and enjoying a crab multi-course meal would be definitely awesome👌

Or why not going to a restaurant where they provide fresh crabs directly sent from the producing area ?
You'd make the best of your limited time effectively!

For me, as I'm a Kyoto resident, I usually go to area, Kyoto by the sea, to enjoy crab dishes.

In Japan, lots and lots of delicious foods are waiting for you. 😊

One of my favorite places in Kyoto is Arashiyama.

The best walking route in early morning for me is Arashiyama.

If my friends asked me to show around Kyoto, I'd take them to Arashiyama.

Arashiyama is surrounded by nature.

Every season shows us an awesome scenery✴️

It was my honor to join the online event hosted by お国自慢, Okunijiman, under the cosponsorship of Japan-Canada Chamber of Commerce.

Firstly, after various information about Kyoto by , I introduced Togetsukyo. 👘

Secondly, takig a rickshaw ride to Bamboo path! 🎍🌿🎋

Lastly, I introduced a Japanese cafe , Chasanraku, where I had a Matcha experience🍵🍡🍵

It's a sub-temple of Tofukuji temple, which was founded in 1550.

The main statue is standing Bishamonten which is open to public only on a special occasion and sliding doors with powerful paintings of tigers is so cool.

However, recently this temple is so popular among young girls. They are so interested in the garden decorations including , a stone water basin full of flowers💐

When you have enogh time in Kyoto, I highly recommend to visit Sanbi-area, in the outskirts of Kyoto city, where you enjoy visiting three famous temples which are connected with by a hiking trail! 🚶‍♀️🚶🌿

Start from Jingoji Temple
~~ Saimyoji Temple
~~ to Kouzanji Temple🍂

This area is full of valuable cultural assets and deeply related with the culture of esoteric Buddhism.

京都市西北に、高雄山、槇尾山、栂尾山の三つの尾根『三尾』が連なっています。それぞれの麓に、神護寺、西明寺、高山寺の名刹あり。

真言密教の発祥な地であり、貴重な文化財の宝庫なのです。

Kameyama city is close to Kyoto city, just 20minutes by rapid JR train.

The best time for autumn colors here is usually around mid November (Sorry for the delayed post)

The 4 popular attractions among tourists here are

1. Hozugawa River Boat Ride
2. Sagano Romantic Train🚃
3. Yunohana Hot Spring♨️
4. The sea of clouds from the Fog Terrace

I recommend to explore all KYOTO! Not only in Kyoto city!

亀岡市鍬山神社へ

亀岡の人気スポットは
保津川下り
嵯峨野ロマンティック鉄道
湯の花温泉
そして今注目の霧のテラスからの雲海です。

これらにそれぞれのシーズンのプラスアルファを加えた観光をおすすめします😉
