Love hospitality, design, and creating unforgettable guest experiences? Japandi Houses is transforming abandoned homes into stunning, design-driven stays—blending Scandinavian minimalism with traditional Japanese aesthetics to offer premium short-term rentals in Tokyo.

Now, we’re looking for a Guest Experience Manager to help elevate our hospitality operations, ensure seamless guest stays, and maintain top-tier service standards.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Guest Relations – Handle bookings, inquiries, and guest communications with warmth and hospitality.

✅ Operations & Coordination – Manage check-ins/check-outs, oversee cleaning schedules, and maintain high presentation standards.

✅ Quality Control – Inspect properties, gather guest feedback, and continuously improve guest experiences.

✅ Problem-Solving – Address any guest issues quickly to maintain a 5-star hospitality experience.

Who You Are:

✔ Fluent in English & Japanese (JLPT N2+ required for foreign applicants)

✔ Hospitality experience in hotels, Airbnb, or guest relations preferred

✔ Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented

✔ Hands-on & adaptable—ready to go the extra mile when needed

✔ Must be based in Tokyo and already hold a valid Japan visa (We cannot provide visa sponsorship).

What We Offer:

💰 Salary: From 240,000 JPY/month (based on experience)

How does a $1.3M Swedish house in the Stockholm suburbs look like?

Well, my childhood friend Hannes grew up in this exact house, and I’ve spent thousands of hours here! From biking around the neighborhood in elementary school to doing homework, movie nights, and house parties during our teenage years, this place holds so many memories. It’s not your typical Swedish house either – it has a sauna in the basement (which are super popular in Japan now!) and a big indoor swimming pool down there too!

Check it out – brought back a lot of memories for me! 🏡
