Have you had fresh mochi before? We did it this time.
It was warm and so soft.

Pounding mochi was so fun. It was a team work from soaking all mochigome to making mochi cakes!
And washing the equipment and place!
After all, we had sushi and tonjiru.
They were so delicious as well.
