To give you a better understanding of my background, my name is Michiko and I have been doing eyelash extensions since 2007 and I thoroughly enjoy it! I also operate out of my home salon in Kichijoji. It’s really nice to see people feel good about themselves and eye lash extensions certainly provide that boost. I want to help some of the foreigners here in Japan who want to get this done but just
don’t feel confident in walking into a salon and not being able to clearly express what they want and how they want to look. That can be stressful and upsetting especially if things do not turn out the way you had hoped! Rest assured I can help you attain that look you are after in a calm and relaxing way. I can do lashes by appointment and typically do group sessions in which at least two or more women get together for a girl’s day, afternoon or evening. This style has proved popular and is a good way for everyone to share in the fun and excitement which is provided by creating a ‘new you’. Please ask if you are interested and I am sure we can work out a day, time and place. There are many different application styles ranging from the length of the lashes, the number you apply and the pattern in which they are attached. Basically, pending the style you desire I can help create a looks of glamour, sexiness, cuteness or even a simple naturalness. This style can create a look of ‘natural elegance’ or ‘glamour and sexiness’ by altering the length of lashes. C curl:
A ‘cute’ look created by altering the length of lashes and creating a tight curl. This makes your eye look bigger and creates that sweet and appealing look. To give you a better understanding of how eyelash extensions work, the process involves bonding individual single synthetic eyelashes onto your own eyelashes with a non toxic bonding agent. Typically, women attach between 30-80 synthetic lashes onto each eyelid and choose a lash length ranging between 7mm to 15mm. Lash extensions can be attached to both top and bottom eyelids pending what you desire and how you want to look! Because each synthetic lash is attached onto each natural eyelash, this procedure is delicate but the end result is fuller, longer and natural-looking lashes that are sure to not only make you feel good but also attract the attention of others. Lastly, I will help you in deciding what you want and how to do it. I know it can be difficult choosing when you don’t really know much about this. Before I begin, I always listen attentively to what my customers want to achieve and counsel them on what I feel may be best. This is included in each session.
