Japan Travel Restrictions Update:

As one of the last countries in the world, Japan is currently still keeping its borders closed to foreign tourists. However, it was announced that Japan will reopen its borders to travelers on guided tours from June 10.

In order to visit Japan as a tourist, the following two conditions will apply:

Travelers must visit Japan on a guided tour organized by a Japan-based travel agency or operator. The travel agency or operator will handle application procedures and be held responsible for the tour participants.
Travelers must arrive from a country on the "blue list", which lists countries where the risk of catching the coronavirus is considered low. There are currently 98 countries on the "blue list", including most countries in North America, East Asia, Europe and Ocean. PHILIPPINES IS INCLUDED ON THE LIST

Note that the list is subject to change, and that a country needs to be on the list on the date when the application for travel to Japan is submitted (as opposed to the actual date of travel).
A negative result from a PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to departure is required to enter Japan; however, there will be no test and no quarantine upon arrival in Japan for foreign tourists regardless of vaccination status.

Note furthermore that because the visa-waiver system is currently suspended, all travelers will need to apply for a visa in order to enter Japan.

It remains unknown when independent ( FIT AND DIY) tourists will be able to enter the country again.

Nagatoro
The Nagatoro Line Kudari is the best place to relax and enjoy the scenery of autumn leaves such as maples and oaks that dye the Arakawa basin. The rock pavement that stretches for 500m and the red wall on the opposite bank are especially famous, and you can enjoy the contrast between the wonder and the autumn leaves. The earliest and most beautiful autumn leaves in Japan are probably Daisetsuzan, Hokkaido.
At an altitude of 1984m, Kurodake is a magnificent mountain landscape. If you take the ropeway from Sounkyo Onsen to the 5th station, you will be overwhelmed by the bright autumnal carpet that spreads out below you during the peak season.

Oi Racecourse (Ohi Racecourse) is a local horse racetrack located in Katsushima, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo. The facility is owned by Tokyo Horse Racing Co., Ltd., and is rented by the Special Zone Horse Racing Association and runs horse racing under the nickname of "Tokyo City Horse Racing (TCK)". Together with Urawa Racecourse (Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture), Funabashi Racecourse (Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture), and Kawasaki Racecourse (Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture), it constitutes the South Kanto Public Horse Racing. The "Moomin" series, created by Tove Jansson, a leading Finnish artist, is popular not only with novels but also with picture books, anime and theatrical performances, and is loved by children and adults alike. Sayama Lake (official name "Yamaguchi Reservoir") straddles the boundary between Tokorozawa City and Iruma City, which is located in the south central part of Saitama Prefecture, and was completed as a water bottle in Tokyo in 1934 by guiding the water of the Tama River. It is an artificial lake.
