Passing through the narrow roads of small residential areas, you arrive at a traditional old-style house turned shop, where the entire interior is furnished with tatami seating. Enjoy a bowl of soup made from a low-temperature blend of kelp, bonito, chicken, and pork broth, accompanied by freshly made, super springy soba noodles crafted from Okinawan wheat. Add some translucent Okinawan pork cartilage and melt-in-your-mouth Okinawan pork feet to the mix. The entire ambiance exudes the essence of Okinawa, allowing you to savor products from a small shop that’s becoming rare in Okinawa. Please give your support.

The business hours have been changed to end at 3 PM instead of 4 PM.

Due to the narrow alley leading to the shop, parking is only available for small vehicles at the parking lot behind the shop. Alternatively, you can park your car in a nearby parking space and walk to the traditional house shop.
