This method ensures that pads reach the girls who need them most, including those who may be too shy or embarrassed to visit our centre. It helps overcome the social and cultural barriers that often prevent open discussion about menstruation.
​Building Trust: Going door-to-door allows us to engage directly with families and community members. This personal interaction helps build trust and creates a safe space for conversations about menstrual health and hygiene. It also helps us identify and address other related needs.

​Education and Awareness: Our teams don't just hand out pads; they also provide vital education on menstrual hygiene management. They teach girls and their parents how to use and dispose of pads properly and emphasize the importance of hygiene to prevent infections.
​Our Pad Bank: A Sustainable Solution
​In addition to our door-to-door efforts, we have a pad bank conveniently located in Gatwekera village in Kibera. This initiative provides a sustainable, long-term solution for menstrual hygiene. Any girl from Kibera can walk in and take a pack of sanitary pads for free, no questions asked. The pad bank ensures continuous access to sanitary products, empowering girls to manage their periods with dignity and without financial burden, we are open to partenships in order to impact and empower our communities, for more info 0710 834649
