I am reminded of Great Plains, Vast Savannahs stretched away, dun and limitless, laced with veins of green where the rivers flowed, and dotted with patches of darker forests. Beyond the plains, almost at the reach of the eye, rose an infinity of hills, rank upon rank, like the serrated fangs of a shark, fading with distance, purple and blue, until they merged with the tall African Sky. This is the Great Rift Valley. I love this land, I wish you understood how. I would like to show you why...
