Major G is an Infantry Intelligence Officer and a combat veteran of many of the world’s fiercest conflicts While travelling the globe with the Military, he has served with or been embedded with Military units from Afghanistan, Great Britain, Egypt, France, Greece, Germany, Holland, Iraq, Japan, Kenya, Korea, and the Netherlands, just to begin the list. While being stationed in some of the worlds’
most desolate locations he observed that there are certain things soldiers around the globe track by the minute. Their service entry dates, retirement dates, deployment dates, their re-deployment dates and the most important thing in between, THEIR LEAVE dates. It was that realization and the fact that he also observed that many service members were so busy with their service related duties that they never got around to planning the activities around their own leave. It was this inspiration that motivated him to create COMBATOURS, “Out of harm’s way” as the one stop shop for Military service members from around to world to go to and book their travel to beautiful Kenya. The site hosts’ a vast range of SAFARI’S, FURNISHED APARTMENTS, HOTELS’ and DINNING hot spots as well as many cultural events geared toward Military Service Personnel and their Families. These locations have all been vetted for the safety and security of the Military Traveler.
