We are super excited to introduce When-We Safaris.
The brain child of Neil Outram.
Born in Eldoret and was brought up in Nandi Hills, as the youngest son of Syd and Peggy Outram.
A student at the Hill School in Eldoret (1950's) and Prince Of Wales School (1960's).
Neil has lived his entire life in East Africa and as many are is a 'jack of all trades'. A short summary of his bio would read something like this-
Late 1960's Worked in the coffee farming areas around Makuyu, Thika, Ruiru and Kiambu, and Nanyuki as a vetinary chemicals rep covering large swathes of Kenya.
In the early 1980's lived near Mombasa and worked up and down the Kenya coast. Farming ground nuts, rubber and chickens amongst others!
Early 1990's to date worked in the tourism industry, as a guide and operating luxury mobile camping safaris. in those years he covered Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania, and later lived in Arusha for over 20 years.
Neil has a wealth of experience in agriculture and tourism and extensive knowledge and contacts throughout East Africa.
He currently spends his time between Karen, in Nairobi, and Kajiado, some 100 kms south of the city, in some of the most beautiful country in Kenya.
Who better qualified and situated to plan, organise, and accompany you on a return to the 'old stamping grounds' which is probably well overdue.
