𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞
The building preserves all the cosy charm of a traditional Cambodian wooden house while it tastefully combines both modern and comfortable amenities. There are five beautiful bedrooms: three with en-suite bathroom, and two with a shared bathroom. Upstairs is a comfortable living room with sofa bed, TV corner, and a workspace. A small terrace with a hanging chair overlooking the water garden offers the perfect spot for reading a book. Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen with backyard barbecue, where you can prepare and enjoy your own meals or be served by our staff on request. A lush water garden surrounds a natural swimming pool that avoids the use of chemicals thanks tropical aquatic plants, which filter the water. An extra large canopy bed provides shadow and privacy next to the pool and is a perfect place for a traditional Khmer massage. A small wooden structure in the middle of the water garden offers shed for a refreshing drink in the hot hours and a peaceful spot for a tea at the sunset.

Our guests can access the entire house. There is always a spot where you can chill out and enjoy your time in complete freedom and privacy. Wi-Fi is accessible anywhere in the house and in the garden. A printer with scanner is available in the living room.

Located at a few steps from the riverside, the house is easy to reach, and stands in a quiet and safe position right next to Efeo, the famous school of archaeological studies. In the same area you will find the Wat Polanka Pagoda and a local lively traditional market. At a walking distance are the Angkor National Museum, the Royal Residence and Gardens and the most sacred place in Siem Reap, Preah Ang Chek, Preah Ang Chorm. The Heritage Walk shopping mall is at a five minutes walk, with its Multiplex Cinema and many restaurants, coffee shops and supermarket. T-Gallery Duty-free shop, the famous Khmer Ceramic and some popular coffee shops, bars and restaurants, such as Peace Cafe, Trakoun Skybar, Marom and Mahob restaurants, are close and easy to reach.

Once at home you will find the most prominent spots in town within easy reach, thanks to the proximity of the Siem Reap River. Bicycles are also available for rent. Tuk-tuks are always available at a few minutes notice on request. We also have historical Jeeps M151 to explore Cambodia and its treasures. You can rent our cars, with drivers, to visit the temples or to simply travel around.
