Hallasan Mountain is absolutely the best today!!
Jeju’s iconic June color is pink, and it’s blooming all over this mountain.
The weather?
Perfectly unpredictable—sunny, then foggy, a little drizzle, and sunny again! 😆
To really soak in Hallasan’s beauty in this season, you’ve got to head all the way out to the Southern Slope.
These lovely pink blossoms are Korean azaleas. 🌺
The azalea season won’t last much longer, so hurry up and catch it while you can! 😆

Hydrangeas at some flower theme parks are in full bloom right now, but the ones growing along the road have just started to bloom. 🪻
Pippi thinks next weekend will be the perfect time to see these flowers at their best. 😆

What a beautiful sunset!
I should have been near the beach, not stuck somewhere on the road in Seogwipo.😭

Early June is when Jeju’s buckwheat flowers hit their peak bloom.
Seriously, these flowers look so cute and puffy, like they’re about to pop like popcorn! 😆
Around here, barley is ready to be harvested, and the buckwheat is just about to burst full of blossoms.
This spot is actually where Aesun and Gwansik strolled in the K-drama ‘When Life Gives You Tangerines.’ 🥰

Oh, and don’t miss the Jeju Buckwheat Festival happening this weekend at ‘The First Village under Hallasan Mt’—June 6th to 7th!

Right here on Lee Jungseop Street in the center of Seogwipo city, is now with the most gorgeous hydrangeas in full bloom. 😆

The breeze tickles my cheeks in the fresh air~ haha
Pippi is at “Soesokkak” again.
The name ‘Soesokkak’ actually breaks down like this: ‘Soe’ means cow or ox in Korean, ‘So’ refers to a pool of water, and ‘Kkak’ means edge or end. So, putting them together, it means a village (with ‘Soe’ as the old name of the village) located at the end of a pool of water.
The Soesokkak estuary can be described as a valley where fresh river water and salty sea water mix, creating very deep pools.
Tewoo, a traditional boat of Jeju Island, moves forward as the rope is pulled.
Kayaking costs 20,000 won for two people.

Manjanggul Cave finally reopened two days ago. It had been closed for about 2 years and 5 months. 😭
The walking path has been completely changed so that even wheelchairs can pass through. 🤣😁
It’s pretty cool inside, so you’d better bring a jacket—even in the hot summer!
