More than 2,000 global participants from all over the world gathered at KINTEX, Goyang last week! 🏢🤝

To celebrate their 6th anniversary, Malaysian company DY Advisory hosted a grand annual convention right here in Gyeonggi Province on Dec 16th. 🇲🇾✈️🇰🇷

The energy was incredible as attendees, staying at the nearby Sono Calm Goyang, congregated early to discuss future visions and build global networks. 📈🌐

But it wasn't just about business! Participants fully immersed themselves in Korean culture: 🥬 Crafting their own Kimchi 🍲 Savoring healthy Samgyetang (Ginseng Chicken Soup)

This being their first corporate trip to Korea since foundation, it was a truly meaningful milestone. 🎊

Goyang Hosts the MICE Capacity Enhancement Training Session for Gyeonggi-do Regions👨‍🏫

On October 28 (Tue), the 2025 Gyeonggi-do District MICE Capability Enhancement Training took place at the Multipurpose Hall on the 3rd floor of Hyundai Motorstudio Goyang.🛞

A highlight of the session was its venue, Hyundai Motorstudio Goyang, designated as a Gyeonggi Unique Venue in 2021.

Participants joined a docent-led tour exploring how its exhibitions, structure, and operational model can function as creative MICE resources.📚

The session ultimately encouraged attendees to envision how regional venues can grow into distinctive assets that reflect Gyeonggi’s MICE identity and innovation.

Unique Venue is a special space built on local cultural or natural assets.
So far, Gyeonggi-do has designated 26 distinctive spaces as Unique Venues and used them to attract a variety of MICE events.🎇

This year, Gyeonggi-do is promoting the “2025 Gyeonggi Unique Venue Competitiveness Enhancement Consulting and Implementation Project,” aiming to transform the appeal of Unique Venues from being mere spaces into tangible competitive advantages for attracting MICE events.🔎

A panel of experts evaluated 17 Gyeonggi Unique Venues designated in 2021 to assess their progress and guide sustainable growth for stronger MICE attraction.📈

Unveiling the new slogan for Gyeonggi-do MICE 2025

The Gyeonggi Tourism Organization created the new slogan for Gyeonggi-do MICE!
The slogan was conceptualized to convey a concise message that promotes Gyeonggi-do’s MICE industry and the resources the region has to offer for the MICE sector.

We wanted something that was easily relatable to MICE professionals and newcomers alike, while appealing to a global audience and showing off Gyeonggi-do’s unique charms.

After going through all those steps, it’s finally time to reveal the winning slogan.

🌟Fall in Gyeonggi🌟 has officially been chosen as the final slogan.
Inspired by the phrase “fall in love,” this slogan expresses the idea of falling head over heels for Gyeonggi-do.
