Last week (October 10th, Sat) my students learned how to make “Andong Jjimdak.”

Jjimdak is literally translated as “steamed chicken” (jjim = steamed, dak =chicken). And “Andong” is a city in South Korea famous for this dish. It is basically a soy sauce based dish with different vegetables and, of course, chicken.

Super easy to make but super yummy!
