I'd like to take this time time to say THANK YOU to everyone that has supported Sophisticated Satuday over the last 2 years. We've had some good times, made some great memories, and will be left with some truly fantastic friends!! However, as we have not been able to get the minimum of 20 guests needed to have the event each month, we are stopping the dinners. Last night was our final Sophisticated Saturday. Once again, thank you for your support. It was our pleasure to have you join us for dinner each month!

Sorry to say that we did not recieve enough reservations for Januarys dinner, so we have had to canel it. However, we are looking forward to February's dinner. To get you ready, here is the menu:

Smoked Salmon Chowder

Filet Mignon and Shrimp
Twice Baked New Potatoes

Dinner Rolls with Honey Butter
King Cake

As always, wine will be served with the main course and coffee with dessert.

Hello Everyone! Welcome to 2012!! May the year be prosperous to us all!
Just a quick reminder that reservations for this month's dinner are due to me via email by Tuesday, 17 January.

This month's dinner is...well...lot's of small bites and some small drinks! We're going to still have 5 courses, but each course will be made entirely of appetizer and bite sized options. The price is only $21.95 per person and the dress code has been relaxed, but still no jeans, athletic wear, etc.

To help get everyone ready for Valentine's Day, we are also giving away a stay at the Lodge with Sophisticted Saturday dinner for two for February!!

Looking forward to seeing you on Saturday, 21 January!
