Beachfront Rental - Staycation and Monthly Rates Available

 This charming 1 bed/1bath beachfront condo is located in West Bay and has everything you need, including a central air, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and views of the beach.

There is a comfy King bed in the bedroom with walkout beachfront patio, as well as another full patio off of the living room. Onsite amenities include a swimming pool, beach chairs, a BBQ grill, and parking. Located near Pappagallo Ristorante and Barker’s National Park.
 
Available for weekly rentals beginning August 21st - November 21st.

CI$195/night for weekly stay + $125 Cleaning Fee (Minimum 3 night stay)

*Book 5 nights and get the 6th night FREE!

Available for monthly rentals beginning August 30th - November 30th.
CI$2650 per month (*Utilities, cable and wifi included).

Great for single or professional couple.

This fully equipped 2 bedroom - 2 Bathroom apartment is located in the perfect location on West Bay Road, within walking distance to several restaurants, a grocery store, Camana Bay, and shops in the Seven Mile Beach area.

There is a comfy queen size bed in both the primary bedroom and guest bedroom, central AC, screened in patio for outdoor dining, and a beautifully renovated kitchen.

Island Pine Villas complex offers a swimming pool and BBQ for guest use and it’s just steps away from the white sands of Seven Mile Beach.

Available for up to 3 months rental starting July 1 - September 30 2025. *Dates are flexible based on availability, please inquire.

Monthly Rental - US$5500 / month

*Included; Utilities, Water, Cable/Wifi and 1 mid-stay monthly cleaning

Not Included: Security Deposit $1000 and Departure Cleaning
