Dear Me,

I know you’ve been carrying more than you admit out loud. Some days you move through life confidently, and other days you question everything. But through all of it, you keep going — and that matters.

Thank you for surviving the moments you thought would break you. Thank you for trying again after disappointment, for caring deeply, and for still holding onto hope even when it felt difficult.

You do not have to have everything figured out right now. Growth is not always loud or visible. Sometimes it looks like resting. Sometimes it looks like starting over. Sometimes it simply looks like making it through the day.

Please remember:

* You are allowed to change.
* You are allowed to outgrow people, habits, and fears.
* You are allowed to choose peace over pressure.
* You are worthy of love, patience, and kindness — especially from yourself.

One day, you’ll look back and realize that the version of you reading this letter was already becoming stronger, wiser, and more capable than they believed.

Keep going.
Take care of yourself.
And don’t forget to celebrate small victories.
