Hello Everyone, Today we are making a Sardine Fish Curry Recipe.

Ingredients - Sardine Fish (සාලයෝ මාළු 500g)
Cardamom (කරදමුංගු ඇට 2-3පමන)
Clove (කරාබුනැට් 3-4)
Pandan leaves (රම්පෙ)
Garlic (සුදුළුණු බික් 5-6)
Ginger (ඉගුරු කැබැල්ලක්)
Garcinia (ගොරක කැබැල්ලක්)
Cinnamon (කුරුදු)
Curry powder (තුනපහ මේස හැන්දි භාගයක්)
Roasted curry powder (කලුපහේ )
Curry Leaves (කරපිංචා)
Chili powder (මිරිස් කුඩු මේස හැන්දි 2 )
Turmeric powder (කහ කුඩු තේහැදි 1/2)
Cumin seed (සූදුරු තේ හැන්දක්)
Salt (ලුණු රස අනුව)
Coconut oil (පොල්තෙල් මේස හැන්දි 2)
Fenugreek (උලුහාල් තේ හැන්දක්)
