Just at the beggining of this park and the view tower scheem as the nature lover the conseptator and the creator of this ideal project,the fomer prime minister Dr D.M. Jayarathne esq. wanted to keep some residencial facilities, if one who wanted to watch this romantic panorama at night, as it is a delightfull experiance luckely to have,two of these cercuit bangalows having built, specifying on "luxury at economy" in the trend of the tourism trade as well.
