AMANDA” is situated in hikkaduwa city.near the hikkaduwa rail way station.

This is a self catering house
*house cleaning
*laundry
*foods ...you can manage yourselves..
There are 3 bedrooms. All rooms have A/C..2 bathrooms with hot Water and there is an another bath room beside the swimming pool. .2 living rooms on the ground floor and another is on upstair..kitchen..dining room..and a open varenda.
* The railway is next to the villa... So, some noises will be heard by the train.

1)For the swimming pool there isn't a life guard. there will be a person sometimes who maintains it. Then your responsibility who use it. OWN RISK... please pay more attention who comes with children although there is a kid's pool. Maximum deep of the pool is 5.5 feet.

2)Before entering to the swimming pool get a shower near the swimming pool (the person who maintains the pool, has complained us that he finds lot of sand in the pool because some guests get in to the pool with sands on their body after returning from the beach)

3)Electricity is free of charge.but please keep turned off when you don't use a/c and etc.

4)Gas for the BBQ machine, you have to buy. We provide gas only for the kitchen... After using the BBQ machine, please leave it well cleaned.

5)Please don't turn on the BBQ MACHINE inside the house. There is a place to the BBQ machine in the garden... When it finishes keep it in the house.

6)You can organize parties and let enter the property ONLY with your group that already paid on the booking. You have no permission to invite other people during your stay. If it is necessary you have to get our permission on extra charges.

7)Smoking is prohibited inside of the house. Guests can smoke out side of the house and please deposit si*****te filters in the ash trays. Please don't throw them away around the garden.

8)There will be a team of gardening twise a month. They will making some noise when they cut grass (no one enters the house during your stay).

9)Leave kitchen garbage near the dustbins out side of the kitchen. Someone will take away them in the morning.
