Due to the current ongoing airspace closures affecting the Middle East region, we regret to inform you that we are temporarily refraining from accepting new bookings for flights to the Middle East or flights transiting through the Middle East.

These disruptions have resulted in a significant number of flight cancellations, reissues, and refund requests, which are currently requiring extensive processing and affecting our ability to provide timely service to all customers.

Until the situation returns to normal and airline operations stabilize, we will not be making any new bookings for the above-mentioned routes.

Therefore, we kindly request you not to contact us for new Middle East or Middle East transit bookings at this time.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and patience.
