Our guide, Nalaka, is truly exceptional. He holds a degree in Tourism and his deep knowledge of the country—both academic and practical—shines through in every aspect of the journey. What makes him stand out even more is how well-connected he is across the island: from national parks to heritage sites, from local artisans to family-run restaurants, Nalaka seems to know someone everywhere, which added a personal and authentic touch to every experience.
