Meet and greet by the Delca Ceylon Tours representative and chauffeur/guide.

After completing airport formalities, transfer to Negombo, a popular coastal town conveniently located close to the airport.

Depending on the arrival time, enjoy a relaxed introduction to Negombo, with the opportunity to explore the coastal area, local surroundings and fishing-town atmosphere.

Check in to the hotel and relax after your journey.

DAY 02 – NEGOMBO → DAMBULLA → SIGIRIYA

After breakfast, depart Negombo and travel towards Sri Lanka's famous Cultural Triangle.

En route, visit the magnificent Dambulla Cave Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its ancient cave shrines, Buddha statues and historic paintings.

After the visit, continue towards Sigiriya and enjoy the changing scenery as you enter Sri Lanka's cultural heartland.

Check in to the hotel and spend the evening relaxing.

DAY 03 – SIGIRIYA & CULTURAL TRIANGLE

After breakfast, begin a full day exploring the Sigiriya region.

Visit Sigiriya Rock Fortress or Pidurangala Rock, depending on the group's preference. Enjoy spectacular views over the surrounding forests, lakes and countryside.

Later, experience a traditional Sri Lankan village tour, offering an opportunity to discover rural life, local traditions and authentic village surroundings.

In the afternoon, guests can also choose to enjoy an optional wildlife safari at one of the nearby national parks, depending on seasonal elephant movements and conditions.

Return to the hotel for dinner and relaxation.

DAY 04 – SIGIRIYA → KANDY

After breakfast, check out and begin the scenic journey towards Kandy, Sri Lanka's historic hill capital.

Along the way, enjoy the changing landscape as the route moves from the Cultural Triangle into the central hills.

Upon arrival in Kandy, explore the city and visit important cultural and religious attractions.

The programme can include the famous Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, one of Sri Lanka's most significant Buddhist sites.

Later, experience Kandy's local atmosphere and, depending on timing, enjoy a traditional Sri Lankan cultural performance.

DAY 05 – KANDY & SURROUNDINGS

There will also be time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Sri Lanka's central hill country without making the day overly rushed.

DAY 06 – KANDY → RAMBODA → NUWARA ELIYA

After breakfast, leave Kandy and travel deeper into Sri Lanka's spectacular tea country.

Visit the sacred Sri Bhakta Hanuman Temple, an important site for Hindu pilgrims and visitors interested in the Ramayana trail.

Continue towards the beautiful Ramboda Falls and enjoy the mountain scenery.

The journey then continues through lush tea plantations, with a visit to a tea plantation and factory where guests can learn about the production of world-famous Ceylon Tea.

Continue to Nuwara Eliya, often known as "Little England" because of its cool climate and colonial-era character.

Enjoy sightseeing around Nuwara Eliya before checking in to the hotel.
