Sinhalaya Travels

Sinhalaya Travels SinhalayaTravels is for hardcore travelers. We skimp on the frills, not on the thrills

‘Ayubowewa!’

In the ‘land like no other’ which we’ve come to call home, we’ve noticed that there are only a few sources of proper Travel advice catering to our fellow gold leaf smoking, bussing, hitch hiking, nearly always stone broke like travelers who’s idea of an A grade meal is a rice and curry with fish, chillies and papadum. After secretly resenting for years the system known as Suddata Har

Greetings to all our persevering fans! We’re back! After years in hibernation we finally decided that this hiatus business has gone on long enough!

At Sinhalayatravels we focus on providing useful information for budget travelers (both foreign and local) on where to find the cheapest ghetto to survive the night and the greatest places to visit for some exploration and discovery. We're very down to earth (and always cheap) like that.

More will (probably, hopefully, lets-keep-out-fingers-crossed) come! We certainly have an interesting backlog...
