While the sudden system failure caused delays and long queues, what stood out most was the patience and calm shown by passengers, even in challenging conditions.

Families, solo adventurers, elderly travelers—all stood together, waiting their turn with quiet optimism and cooperation. It's a beautiful reminder of how welcoming and resilient the spirit of travel can be.

Yes, technical issues can happen anywhere, especially as travel rebounds fast. But this also shows the need for backup systems and proactive support on the ground, so visitors aren’t left confused or waiting without information.
