It’s winter’s menstrual phase: dark, quiet, & still. Nature is still regenerating. The North is sleeping. Seeds are underground. Sap is low. Animals rest or gestate. Nothing is “new” yet.
The pressure to rebirth in January is not natural, it’s a systemic attack on Nature’s rhythm, with the intention to profit off our disconnect. The Earth’s real new year has always been Spring-when light returns, soil warms, and life actually emerges.
Winter is for:
reflection, restoration
composting old stories
tending the inner fire
dreaming what will grow
feeding our roots
If January feels heavy, slow, or resistant nothing is wrong with you. You’re listening to the Earth Honor winter. Rest without guilt. Dream without pressure. Your rebirth comes with Spring.
Reject linear time. Return to Nature’s pace.

Dziękuję Wam za wyrozumiałość względem opóźnień na kanale, nie chcę tutaj się za bardzo rozpływać w tym co nieprzyjemne i bez większych żali- odkąd wróciliśmy towarzyszy mi lekka zapaść, właściwie w każdej sferze- zdrowotnej, treningowej, relacji z żarciem, związanej z samopoczuciem, czy kreatywnością. Wierzę, że to przejściowy etap, jesienna chandra albo po prostu gorszy czas. Zbieram się w sobie, zaleczam przeziębienie i wierzę, że akademicki rytm ograniczy czas wolny do minimum, tym samym wymuszając na mnie większa organizację i wzięcie się w garść 😄 Dziękuję za wczorajsze i dzisiejsze uśmiechy i ciepłe słowa na spotkaniach ❤️

Located at Kuruwita, is an amazing property residing beside the heavenly waters of Kuru River.🩵 The crystal clear, icy water was HEAVENLY, and refreshing—it was like taking an ice bath.

Fun fact: Did you know that the Kuru Ganga starts from Sri Padaya! 🤩 It’s completely safe to take a dip (in some areas, always make sure to double-check with the locals. They’ll tell you the best and safest spots).
