Quality Controller

Must have experience in Packaging industry.

Job Responsibilities:-

Raw Material Inspection:-
Verify incoming raw materials—resins, films, inks, adhesives—conform to data sheets.
In-Process Monitoring: Conduct on-line, hourly inspections (first-piece inspection, visual, and physical tests) during extrusion, printing, lamination, and slitting to prevent defects.
Testing and Validation: Perform tests for seal strength, bond strength (lamination peel), ink adhesion, coefficient of friction (COF), and barrier properties (moisture/oxygen).
Finished Goods Inspection: Final audit of finished products for dimensional accuracy, printing accuracy, and overall appearance before dispatch.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain, analyze, and update quality records, including Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Certificates of Analysis (COA).
Corrective Actions: Identify root causes of defects and collaborate with production to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with Food Safety standards (GMP/HACCP) and ISO 9001 standards.
Calibration: Ensure all testing equipment (micrometers, sealers, tensile testers) is calibrated and maintained.
