I recently purchased a one-way flight from Liberia to China through them to begin my studies, and what started as a simple booking turned into a critical test of their commitment—and they passed with flying colors.
My journey hit serious roadblocks at two different points. First, upon arriving at Roberts International Airport (RIA), airline staff refused to let me board because I did not have a transit visa for Europe. I was panicked and stuck.
