What an incredible week! We were beyond honored to present Pope Francis with his very first surfboard and to discuss how surfing can be used as a tool for peace, environmental responsibility, and cultural interaction at the Scholas Occurrentes Global Congress for Peace!

Kwepunha team member Peter Yarngo is one of 2 surfers in Liberia that makes the waves look tiny no matter how big they are. 2.5 years ago this guy knew nothing about surfing and now he is one of the guys that is always in the water when the waves are good. It has been so fun for us to watch him progress as a surfer!
