In your coaching/ mentorship quest as a leader, psycho analysis and personal inferences could derail the process and jeopardise trust... use facts to built developmental cases or criticise subordinates, empathetically so!

However, apathy can be used in lost causes or hopeless cases! However, there is a thin line between lost cause and misdiagnosis of a leader! Dread carefully as a leader!!!
