My favourite travel destination?

Easy! The furthest I can go!

And for me this journey is not so much about geographical discoveries which I still love a lot, but it is more about inner travel and self discovery by testing and crossing any kind of limits.

That’s how I got into Biohacking - the practice of tracking the biology, genetics, neuroscience, and nutrition for the highest physical and mental performance.

I get so many questions about it: what I do, why, and how to stay fit and always positive.
