Well I didn’t think I would see it tonight but here is the the Waxing Sturgeon Moon 99.7% just shining briefly over Mudeford spit earlier before it disappeared
I will try again tomorrow however i hope you like my attempt from earlier?
The August full moon is called the "sturgeon moon" because the giant lake sturgeon, a native freshwater fish of the Great Lakes and Lake Champlain
