Our Story

It started with a crazy dream while working the in my office in the suburbs of Washington DC. The dream of crazy adventures hopping islands in the south of Thailand, waking up in a different European city each month, surfing on the waves of Bali, and learning salsa in exotic Latin America. I knew I could use the the money I saved to get the lifestyle started, but how would I sustain it

? For next several months, I researched online and looked for people who were living the lifestyle that I envisioned for myself. It did not take long for me to find these people and what was crazier was that these people were not only were living the life I wanted to live, but were earning money while they were doing it. Knowing that these people were not that different from me, I knew that I can achieve the same thing if I focus and work hard enough. It was then that I took the leap of faith. I quit my job and moved to Chiang Mai, Thailand. For the next 10 months I worked tirelessly to become proficient at web programming, a skill that would allow me to live the lifestyle I envisioned. It was hard to gain traction at the beginning but I was persistent to make my dream a reality and landed my first client. After that, the money slowly began to trickle in. Working long hours programming unfortunately led to neck and back aches. I looked for a laptop stand currently in the market that would save my neck and save the most space in my book bag. After a thorough search, I could not find a laptop stand on the market that matched exactly what I was looking for. I decided to take matters into my own hands and decided to make the laptop stand I wanted. This gave birth to the founding of Travel Boss Accessories and the creation of the CaseLift, an innovative laptop case that is also a laptop stand.
