10 DAYS 9 NIGHTS MOROCCO TOUR FROM CASABLANCA.
Day 1: Arrival in Casablanca.
Morning/Afternoon: Arrive in Casablanca, Morocco’s largest and most modern city. After settling in, head to the Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world. Located right by the sea, it has a stunning mix of traditional Moroccan and modern architectural styles. Non-Muslim visitors can enter with a guided tour, where you’ll see intricate tile work and beautiful chandeliers. Evening: Enjoy a relaxing evening in Casablanca. Day 2: Casablanca to Chefchaouen (via Rabat). 360 Kilometers.
Departure at 08:30 am from Casablanca to Rabat, the capital city of Morocco. In Rabat, visit highlights like the Andalusian gardens, Necropolis ( Chella ), and Hassan Tower, a famous mosque with a tall minaret and historic ruins nearby. Afternoon: Continue your journey through scenic landscapes to reach Chefchaouen, known as the “Blue City” for its blue-washed buildings. Evening: Arrive in Chefchaouen and settle into your accommodation. In the evening, you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this unique mountain town. arrival around 18:00 PM.
Day 3: Chefchaouen to Fes (via Volubilis ). 233 kilometers.
Depart from Chefchaouen around 1 PM and drive toward Fes, stopping first at Volubilis ( 40 minutes), an ancient Roman city with well-preserved ruins. Explore the site’s mosaics, arches, and historic columns. Evening: Continue to Fes and check into your accommodation. Fes is one of Morocco’s oldest and most fascinating cities.
Day 4: Sightseeing in Fes.
All Day: Today, take a guided tour of Fes. Start in Fes el Bali, the city’s ancient Medina, a UNESCO World Heritage site with narrow, winding streets full of shops and markets. See the Bou Inania Madrasa, an ancient religious school known for its incredible architecture and tile work. Tanneries: Visit the Chouara Tannery, where leather goods are made by traditional methods. You can watch the dyeing process from nearby terraces. Shopping and Exploration: Explore the souks, where artisans sell leather, metalwork, and pottery. Fes is also known for its delicious local foods, so you might try some treats along the way. The end of the tour around 15:30PM.
Day 5: Fes to Midelt (via Ifrane ). 206 Kilometers
Morning: Depart from Fes, heading south towards the Middle Atlas mountains. Stop in Ifrane, a beautiful mountain town known for its European-style architecture and cleanliness, often called the “Switzerland of Morocco, then we continue to Azrou forest for the wild Monkeys, and overnight in Midelt.
Day 6: Midelt to the Sahara Desert (Ziz Valley). 263 Kilometers
Morning: Depart from Midelt to Erg Chebbi Sahara Desert, continue through the Ziz Valley, famous for its palm groves and river. The scenery here is breathtaking, with green oasis landscapes surrounded by dry, rocky cliffs. Evening: Arrive in the Sahara Desert, where you’ll go on a camel trek ( 1hour), across the golden sand dunes to reach your desert camp. Enjoy a traditional dinner and spend the night under the starry desert sky.
Day 7: Sahara Desert to Dades Valley through Todra Gorges. 385 kilometers.
Early Morning: Take a sunrise camel ride for beautiful morning views of the desert. Morning/Afternoon: Depart the desert and head toward either Ouarzazate or the Dades Valley. Ouarzazate is known as the “Hollywood of Morocco” because it’s a popular filming location for movies. If you’re going to the Dades Valley, enjoy a scenic drive through rocky gorges and valleys. Evening: Relax and spend the night in Ouarzazate or Dades.
Day 8: Dades Valley to Marrakech through Ouarzazate. 323 Kilometers
Morning: Drive from Ouarzazate to Marrakech, stopping along the way at Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This ancient fortified village, with its clay architecture, has been featured in many films. Afternoon: Continue your journey through the High Atlas Mountains, passing beautiful landscapes on your way to Marrakech. Evening: Arrive in Marrakech, check in, and relax for the evening. You might explore Jemaa el-Fna Square to experience its lively evening atmosphere with food stalls and performers.
Day 9: Guided Tour of Marrakech.
Take a guided tour of Marrakech starting at 09:30 and ending at 13:30PM. Marrakech Medina is one of Morocco’s most vibrant cities. Begin at the Bahia Palace, a historic palace with beautiful gardens and intricate design. Koutoubia Mosque: See the Koutoubia Mosque, the largest mosque in Marrakech, with a minaret visible from all over the city. Jemaa el-Fna Square: Spend time in Jemaa el-Fna Square, the bustling heart of Marrakech, known for its snake charmers, storytellers, and street food. Souks: Wander through Medina's colorful souks, where you can shop for spices, textiles.
Day 10: Departure from Marrakech.
