House pr’Budkovic is located in the center of the village Bohinjska Bistrica, which is 7 km away from Lake Bohinj and is an excellent starting point for different hiking trips.

Maisonette 120 sqm in the area SPATHIES BEACH – SITHONIA HALKIDIKI, consists of two levels (ground floor-floor). It has three bedrooms on the first floor with four beds (two double beds and two single beds), WC and bathroom. On the ground floor has one bedroom with a double bed, living room with TV, dining room, bathroom and kitchen with electrical appliances. It is surrounded by a private space of 900 sq.m. fenced in which there is private parking.

The maisonette is located in the area SPATHIES BEACH built on a plot with a private area of 1000 sqm and is surrounded by olive trees and pines. It is three minutes walk from the sea (about 200 m). In Nikiti (6 km) and in N. Marmara (12 km) there are supermarkets, taverns, bars, etc. Nearby there are organized beaches with sunbeds and sea activities.
