TERMS OF SALE
Article 1: SOCIETY ENGAGEMENT

The Company is committed to providing for customers a vehicle for a period and duration requested by the customer upon the confirmation from the latter.

Article 2: REGULATIONS

Regulation is as follows:
• Establishment of an invoice stating the total amount corresponding to the rental
• The customer pays a minimum of 50% during the confirmation
• The balance will be paid after delivery
• Any payment will be stipulated on the invoice, or a receipt, which is stamped and signed by the company

Article 3: CONDITIONS OF RENTAL

• We have daily rates, which include costs of insurance, driver allowances, and any repairs along the way (flat tire, ...)
• Unlimited mileage
• The fuel charged to the customer
• The rental is mandatory with a driver, who will be fully available to the client during the rental period
• For safety the driver, it is not allowed to travel at night. Except in cases of necessity.
• Rent starts at 7am and ends at 19h. Any use of the vehicle, outside of these hours is subject to compensation, estimated at 50,000 MGA (250,000 FMG) per hour of delay.
• The driver is responsible for the vehicle and is entitled to refuse to take journeys, that he considers impracticable
• The place of departure and arrival, and the duration of the rent, is defined during the signature of the contract, any changes will be increased by 10%
• The vehicle is delivered to the customer with or without a full tank.
• The customer agrees to return the vehicle in the same way and the same condition as the reception.

Article 4: AGREEMENT

By confirmation of the contract, the customer acknowledges having read the terms of these conditions by signing the bottom of the page with the date.

Article 5: CANCELLATION

• In case of cancellation after confirmation from the client; the deposit is retained.
• If canceled by the company, he undertakes to repay all the totality of the amount collected from the customer who cannot claim any compensation.
• Any unpaid rent in full before the due date is considered canceled and will be considered in paragraph 1 of this Article.

Article 6: FAILURE

In case of irreparable mechanical breakdown, the driver will notify the responsible agency. In return, the company is committed to providing the customer another vehicle that will replace the previous one
