Education in Mongolia is compulsory in elementary (primary school) (6-12) and middle school (junior high) (12-15).
The school year starts in September and ends in June of the following year.

The sculpture of Chinggis Khaan is 40 meters high and is located in the Tsonjin Boldog a historical place where Chinggis Khaan found his golden whip, the statue was created as a memorial to the Man of the Millennium “Chinggis Khaan”. Which are 54 kilometres east of the Mongolian capital, Ulaanbaatar. The sculpture was completed in 2008 and is the world’s largest statue of Chinggis Khaan👑✨
